In addition to our direct compensation for employees, we provide a competitive benefits package to employees who fulfill all the requirements of working for us. Aside from benefits and compensation, employees who work for a non-profit are eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) after ten years of employment.
Working at the Learning Center, you will receive training before you start working with us, and during as well to keep you up to date on everything. Once you work with us for a year, we provide annual refresher courses meant to provide the best care possible to our students.
