The health and well being of our community is of upmost importance that is why we are teaming up with Advia Credit Union to collect donations that will go directly to the victims of the flood. This informative small group discussion workshop will review steps involved to share your wishes for healthcare. You will learn to create a free advance directive document that identifies who you would want to make medical decisions had how to initiate the conversations with your loved ones.
