Registration forms for the Community Learning Center are below; you may view them by clicking on an icon. Once you have filled out the form, email it to clcinfo2@comstockcc.com. You may also bring in the enrollment forms to the Learning Center. Completion and submission of the forms doesn’t ensure enrollment into our program. Rates will be updated on our forms on this page by the FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST every year for the coming year and will go into effect on the FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER. You may still fill out these forms for enrollment.
You will always receive a 30 day notice for rate changes.
